“Holistic Approaches to effective Communication” was conducted by Faculty of Commerce and Management

The Faculty of Commerce and Management at Rama University created Holistic Approach to Good Communication to educate and train students on the process of effective communication. The goal was to inspire students, and educate them the importance of understanding the fundamentals of communication, including how to convey a message, how the audience will respond, and how the message could benefit them, learning to Remove any impediment from the conveyance if there is one, then find out how the message was received as in predicting the audience’s feedback.
In this process a short term course on “Holistic Approaches to effective Communication” was conducted by the Faculty of Commerce and Management, 17 October, 2022 to 23 December, 2022. The 40-Hour short term course was instructed by Dr. Manish Dhingra. The course outlined the different approaches to effective communication and illustrated these Approaches. The course was intended for inspire students and educate them the importance of understanding the fundamentals of communication, including how to convey a message in the most effective approach. The successful completion of the course was concluded by an award ceremony, where the participants were provided by the course completion certificates.
